We set out sailing from Ai Ghiannis, a seaside village, south of the city of Heraklion. Initially we head to the west, towards the Lentas fishing refuge, sailing by a number of beaches where we take a dive. Afterwards we head eastward of Ai Ghiannis, swimming in sea caves and meeting fishermen who fish with nets in the Libyan Sea. We will finish our outing at Koudoumas Monastery. learning about its history.
