In Marathokefala there is the cave of Ioannis Xenos. Take the road south from Kolimbari towards Spilia. Before the village of Spilia, there is a right turn to Marathokefala. Follow the road up to the village church and turn left. The cave of Agios Ioannis Xenos is about 100 metres from the end of this dirt track.
