A few minutes out of the town, you will see the larger harbour of Kastelli. The boat to the Peloponnesus docks here. The day boat to Gramvousa docks here as well. You must make prior arrangements for this trip. The connection by boat to the Peloponnesus stops on the way at the island of Kithira. The Thiseas is operated by Miras Ferries and will take cars on this 8-hour trip (See Transportation).
