Kasteli Studios and Apartments are located on Kasteli Hill inside the Old Town of Chania. Kasteli Hill is one of the most important historical places in Chania, as many ancient pieces where found there after Greek-Sweedish excavation. Around 1000 a.c. one defencive wall was builted to protect the ancient small town from attackers. Many conquerors (Romans, Arabians, Byzantines, Venetians , Ottomans) passed through this piece of land in the past, and left elements of their culture everywhere.

Nowadays, Kasteli hill is the pieceful part of the old town, full of graphic neighborhood, only 200m near the Old Harbour which is fully touristic in the summertime, with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars. In addition our apartments are 10 minutes walk from the Town beach.The old Harbour is also very attractive for romantic -and not only- people in the wintertime.
