Fried zucchini blossoms stuffed with cheese, aubergine wrapped in cheese and walnuts, "kótsi" (pork roasted in the oven for more than seven hours), "sfakianó giachní" (lamb dish from the region of Sfakiá), "síglino" (smoked pork), roast lamb, "kondosoúvli" (chunks of pork roasted on a spit), grilled meat, stuffed squid, and a wide range of greens and salads. Selected wines made with the help of a specialist.

 THE ESTABLISHMENT:
A comfortably spacious patio, covered by climbing vine that provides a welcome shade on hot summer days and a cosy interior for the winter. The tavern is currently in the process of obtaining ISO and HACCP certification for the promotion and establishment of Greek cuisine.

"Bouraki" is very close to the Venizelos Tombs, which boasts a breathtaking view across the gulf of Haniá. It is also very close to a number of monasteries, namely the Ágios Ioánnis Eleímonas monastery, where a museum dedicated to the olive tree and olive oil is to be founded, as well as the Agía Triáda and Gouvernéto monasteries. The region Stavrós is also nearby; The film "Alexis Zorbas" was shot there, which was based on the "Zorbá the Greek" novel by the famous Cretan writer N. Kazatzákis.
