Hotel Lamon lies on the south coast of Crete at Plakias, 35km from Rethymno and 7km from Preveli monastery with its unikely beautiful palm beach.
The name Lamon has been taken from an ancient village that we discovered close to the hotel. It is situated directly opposite the sea with a fine stretch of sandy beach. It offers 27 rooms, some of which have a sea view and some offer a view of the olive groves and the mountains. Each of the rooms is equipped with balcony, telephone, radio alarm clock, refrigerator and television. The hotel has a swimming pool and a snack bar with satellite television.
