On the beautiful island of Crete, South, next to the Libyan Sea, you will find the village Plakias. There we have built within our 8,000 sq.m olive grove a small complex named "IKAROS". The relaxed and clean atmosphere combined with the Cretan hospitality will guarantee you a pleasant stay with us. "IKAROS" offers various accommodations, twin rooms, studios or bungalows with one or two bedrooms, kitchen/ living room, bathroom A/C, T.V., and a large veranda. The complex also has its own natural gardens, with sun - beds and a play area for the children. In the neighbourhood of Ikaros there are many beaches like Plakias (700m), Damnoni (1200m), Amoudi (2km) and the palm beach of Preveli near the monastery. Furthermore you will find many beautiful places and sites of interest to explore on foot, by motorbike or car. We are always willing to offer you a raki and help you with information about the area and how to organise your visit to Crete. We can also arrange for your transfer from/to the airport and help with car rentals. So whatever your interests are you can be sure to pass unforgettable holidays at the "IKAROS".
