The cluster of country houses called “Astratigos” is composed by three villas: “Georgios”, “Theodoros” and “Olga”. They are located in a very green environment with a unique view of the gulf of Hania, combining tradition with modern accommodation. There are two shared swimming pools.
Villa Georgios is a two floors villa of 115m2 which has a double and two single bedrooms as well as a sofa-bed, for four persons. There are two bathrooms, too.
Villa Theodoros is a traditional stone house of 100m2 which has a double, a single bedroom and a stone bed in the corner of the fireplace for four persons. There is also a bathroom with a large whirlpool bathtub.
Villa Olga is a two floors stone villa of 135m2 in whitch there are three double bedrooms and a stone bed in the corner of a fireplace for seven persons. It has two bathrooms.
All of them have a kitchen, a dining and a living room in the same place with all the necessary modern electrical appliances.
The accommodation is completed by the outside area framed with mellow stone walls and well tended gardens, which promise a pleasant stay.
Much lower prices in case of a stay more than two weeks.
The distance from the famous sandy beach of Kolimbari is only 3km. In this area there are all the necessary facilities of public units and picturesque places for entertainment.
Free services:
On arrival traditional drinks and food will be offered as well as a traditional lunch during the stay. On departure a farewell gift will escort everyone with unforgettable memories back home.
The cleaning of the house will be done once a week and change of sheets every 3 days.
The offering of dinner plates will be at a low price.
The owners will always be on line, at any time necessary for any potential difficulty.
