Description
Launched in summer of 2006 following the proposal from the sculptures Christos Tsoumplekas and Manolis Harkoutsis to the Mayor of Paliani Mr. Aristidis Bolakis , which he enthusiastically accepted.
It is a meeting and a dialogue of artists.
It is a contact of the residents and the Greek and foreign visitors with an Art which is produced in public.
The artists carve their works in stone, the sculptures belong to the municipality and the copyrights to them.
Artistes started working on Friday 23rd of July and they will be at Venerato daily 10:00 – 18:00 till the 12th of August when their work will be presented and a closing event will take place that day at 20:30.
