In the village of Deliana, in Prodromos, there is the Byzantine church of Agios Ioannis. There is a small sign on the main road of the village for the church. The church is locked but a caretaker will open it. The church has an incredibly elegant portal decorated with fine reliefs from the grave of Venieri. The church also has wall paintings that are very well-preserved and especially interesting is the head of John the Baptist on a platter.
