Houmeriako is 12km northwest of Agios Nikolaos on a south exit on the Neapolis - Agios Nikolaos road.
Houmeriako is a very pleasant village with interesting Byzantine, Venetian, and Turkish remains as it was once the capital of the area before Neapolis and Agios Nikolaos.
