A 14C fresco in the Panagia Church, Kadros
In Kadros is the Byzantine church of the Panagia. About 100 metres after the first houses of the village a road goes right and down to the Panagia 200 metres below. Outside the Panagia there are ancient columns from an earlier building. The church also has well-preserved frescoes, among which the unusually austere figure of the Panagia is dominant. The key for the church is in a nearby house.
