Ingredients
1 kg snails
6 medium-sized potatoes, cut in slices
5 courgettes, cut in slices
3 medium-sized ripe tomatoes
1 water glass oil
1 medium-sized onion, cut in slices
a bunch of parsley
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
salt, pepper

Preparation
Put the oil in a saucepan and when it starts to sizzle, add the snails, onion, grated tomatoes, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper and brown them for 2-3 minutes. Then add the potatoes and courgettes and continue cooking at low heat for about 20 minutes. If needed add some water.< Prev | Next > |
